  • How do I track my order? You can track your order by logging into your account on our website. Once your order ships, you’ll also receive a notification with a tracking number.
  • What if I need to change or cancel my order? Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once your order has already shipped.

  • Can I customize any of your products? Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer custom driftwood decor. However, our selection boasts a wide variety of unique pieces.
  • Do your products come with a warranty? We offer a 30-day warranty on all our products against any manufacturing defects.

Delivery and Returns

  • Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we only offer shipping within the UK.
  • How long does it take to receive my order? We offer free standard shipping within the UK. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the chosen method (see our Delivery page for details).

  • Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. However, we will refund the cost of original postage upon receipt of the returned item(s) in their original condition (see Delivery & Returns for details).
